Haven't you heard of OAR's hot new property??
First there was the Naked House, then there was the Screaming Marlin. Both legendary residences housing OAReos from the time before time. Now there is the Moaning Manatee. The next occupant?? You!
The house is located at 919 NW 10th ave. Is extremely affordable, close to campus and downtown and a prime and dependable location to host potlucks and parties.
Like the old OAR housing and surfing club house, this traditional Theater Strike Force house is about to take on a new life of weirdo OAR people.
